Privacy Notice (KVKK)

Scope of this notice: This document applies only to personal data we collect from visitors to dqagent.com, those who submit demo / pilot requests, customer contact persons, and through our general communications.

Out of scope: The DQ-Agent software runs on our customers' own servers (on-premise). For personal data inside a customer's own database (e.g., a bank's customer records), the Data Controller is the relevant customer organization — not DQ-Agent. The software is under the customer's control and we have no remote access to that data.

Data Controller (for the scope of this notice): DQ-Agent. The following obligations are framed under Turkish Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

Personal data categories processed: identity (name, surname), contact (email, phone), professional (company, role), marketing (form notes, preferences) and technical (IP, cookies, session).

Processing purposes: evaluating demo requests, collecting feedback for product development, fulfilling contractual and legal obligations, sending newsletters to users with electronic communication consent.

Legal grounds: KVKK Art. 5/2(c) necessity for contract performance, Art. 5/2(f) legitimate interest, and explicit consent (form checkbox).

Transfers: Personal data is transferred to our email service (Resend, USA), hosting provider (Vercel, USA), and analytics providers. International transfers comply with KVKK Art. 9.

Retention: Demo requests 24 months, customer contact data contract term + 10 years, system and audit logs 7 years. Data is deleted or anonymized upon expiry.

Your rights (KVKK Art. 11): to learn whether data is processed, request information, request correction, request deletion, learn third parties to whom data is transferred, object to automated analyses, and seek damages.

Application: You may apply in writing or via email to info@dqagent.com. Responses are issued within 30 days at no cost; if additional cost is incurred, the Authority's tariff applies.

Note for end-users of our customers: If you are a customer of a bank or other organization that uses DQ-Agent, and you wish to exercise your data rights, please contact that organization directly — DQ-Agent is not the Data Controller for that data.
